Bagasse plate
As an airline company, we have been striving to reduce our plastic usage and have recently started ordering biodegradable products. We were previously using a different brand, but decided to try bagasse plates for our in-flight BBQ meals and cold salads. To our delight, they held up exceptionally well, even with the brisket being juicy and saucy. We were worried about the moisture bleeding through and staining our white linens, but that did not happen. Even after the food had been sitting on the plates for an extended period of time. The cutlery that came with the set was also a hit among our passengers – it had a sturdy feel and was a pleasure to eat with. The packaging was great, We highly recommend this product to any other airline looking to reduce their negative impact on the environment.
