What is sugarcane tableware ？
Sugarcane pulp tableware refers to disposable environmentally friendly tableware made of sugarcane bagasse into wet pulp or pulp board and molded by molding tableware machine.
Process flow
Through pulping, cold-molding grouting (pulling, suction) forming, hot-molding molding, trimming, selecting, sterilizing, and packaging.
The main process is: according to the requirements of the order, it is made by mixing sugarcane pulp and bamboo pulp according to the proportion. Generally, the bamboo pulp pulp accounts for 10-20% of the pulp board, and the sugarcane pulp pulp board accounts for about 80%, which is the same as the customer's product requirements. Different, the mixing ratio of sugarcane pulp and bamboo pulp is also different.
First, put sugarcane pulp and bamboo pulp pulp into the hydraulic pulper according to different proportions, soak for about 5 minutes, start the hydraulic pulper for crushing, and put the crushed pulp into the mixing tank for dilution. In the process, oil repellent and water repellent are added, the slurry is evenly stirred by the mixer in the mixing tank, and then the diluted slurry is pumped into the slurry supply tank with a slurry pump, and the slurry is continuously stirred, so that the pulping process is completed.
The slurry in the pulp supply tank is transported to the molding machine of the disposable environmental protection paper mold automatic production line by the slurry pump through the slurry supply pipeline. The wire mesh used for forming forms a wet embryo, and the wet embryo and the wire mesh are manually transferred to a hot pressing machine. The wet embryo is dried to form a semi-finished product.
Transfer the shaped semi-finished product to the edge trimming post, and remove the excess edge material with a cutter through the edge trimming machine.
After trimming, the products are transferred to the inspection process. The inspectors conduct inspections according to the customer's standards, pick out the products that do not meet the customer's requirements, and transfer the products that meet the requirements to the disinfection and packaging process. Store in stock after packing in a closed sterile packaging room.
Product Features
1) The raw materials are waste paper pulp or renewable straw fibers such as wheat, reed, straw, bamboo, sugar cane, palm, etc., which are widely sourced and inexpensive, and do not use wood at all.
(2) No waste water is produced in the production process, and there is no external discharge.
(3) The product is waterproof and oil-proof.
(4) During use, it can be frozen and refrigerated at -18°, heated by microwave oven, and baked at 220 degrees.
(5) The product can be completely degraded within 45-90 days in the natural state, and can be composted at home. The main component after degradation is organic matter, which will not produce any garbage residue and pollution.
